I enjoy the endless challenge to better my body physically and my mind mentally. The communal support and competitive aspect also help with the extra push through tougher workouts. There’s so much variety in the workouts that I never get complacent or bored, and there’s always a new goal to work towards.
I’ve recently started jiu jitsu and golfing as new hobbies in the last year. I love being outside (especially by the water), and I’m a huge concert fan; so if there’s music or some fresh air involved, I’m in!

started CrossFit in 2014. A member of my team at my day job owned a CrossFit affiliate. At the time I had two young children and was looking for more of a social life, so I took the on-ramp class and was hooked!!!
I enjoy the variety, how it includes so many different movements, and how anyone at any age or fitness level can participate. I also LOVE the community, the positive energy is amazing!
My main focus as a coach is for people to have a FUN and inclusive experience. Seeing someone get excited over a PR, or amped up over my musical choice is a great feeling.
I started CrossFit towards the end of 2018 when I started dating my now husband, Steve. I’ve always enjoyed working out. CrossFit was something he was into and I thought it would be fun for us to do together to strengthen our bond!
I’m a great hype person and love encouraging people to do things to help them be their best selves. Cheesy, but true!

I love that I am challenged every single day, whether it be physically or mentally. I always have support from coaches and friends. My favorite thing is the community. I have never had a healthier balance of nutrition and sport in my life.
I wanted to be a coach because I love helping people. CrossFit changed my life in such a positive way and I want to be able to give others the same experience.
